Chicken Breasts with Caper Cream Sauce

This is a quick, easy way to bring some creamy, salty richness to plain chicken breasts.

    chicken breasts (boneless
  • 1 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
Season the chicken breasts with the lemon pepper, salt, dill weed, and garlic powder and set aside.

    butter
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sautée the chicken over medium-high heat until browned evenly all over. Then reduce the heat and cook until the chicken is 170°F in the center (5–10 min).

    whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp
    capers
Set the chicken aside on a serving platter, and add the whipping cream to the skillet. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Stir in the capers, then pour over the chicken to serve.
